How to return, replace or exchange an item
If you'd like to return a product, please contact a customer service representative first to get return authorization.
You have the following choices when you decide to return any shipment:
Refund - total refund minus any shipping costs (Prorated refund for
shipping charges if an item is broken or damaged.). Please allow 3 working
days for processing
Replacement - we will ship the replacement within 3 working days.
Credit - we will issue you a gift certificate for the amount, and
you'll be able to redeem it at any time.
We are unable to offer you any form of refund after 30 days.
