If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, so you can simply return the merchandise to us and we will give you a choice of refund, replacement or exchange for your purchase. Kindly let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction as it will help us to improve our products and services in the future. Please note: Clearance items are not included in this guarantee.

How to return, replace or exchange an item

If you'd like to return a product, please contact a customer service representative first to get return authorization.

You have the following choices when you decide to return any shipment:
Refund - total refund minus any shipping costs (Prorated refund for shipping charges if an item is broken or damaged.). Please allow 3 working days for processing
Replacement - we will ship the replacement within 3 working days.
Credit - we will issue you a gift certificate for the amount, and you'll be able to redeem it at any time.

We are unable to offer you any form of refund after 30 days.

Return of Credit

We will refund the full order amount including shipping upon receipt of your item(s). Please allow up to 2 weeks to process the return and credit the balance back into your credit card especially around the holidays..
